Friends of KattaMorda Heritage Trail
The Friends of KattaMorda Heritage Trail (Friends of KMHT) was formed in May 2018. It is a volunteer group registered with the Parks and Wildlife Service of the Department of Biodiversity, Conservation and Attractions (DBCA). The group's primary aims are to maintain the trail and remove rubbish.
Given the markings are over 30 years old, Friends of KMHT is currently also working with DBCA to re-mark the trail.
The potoroo paw print is our newly chosen emblem. The relationship between the potoroo, a small marsupial, and the KattaMorda Heritage Trail, is explained further on our History of the Trail page.
